Understand what you can say, what to avoid, and how to invite testimonials with more clarity and ease
If you’ve ever felt unsure about how to ask for a testimonial…
or found yourself hesitating before posting something kind a client shared…
this workshop is here to bring a bit more clarity and calm to that part of your work.
As holistic practitioners, we witness meaningful shifts in our clients — and naturally, we want to share their words.
But knowing how to do that in a way that’s appropriate and respectful of current regulations… that part is rarely taught.

Why We Should Pay Attention
What I’m sharing here is based on what I’ve learned from Greg Christiansen, an attorney who defends clients in cases involving the FTC. His work gives him a clear view of what actually triggers investigations — what gets flagged, what’s misunderstood, and what can quietly lead to problems.
His insights helped me understand why some of the things we commonly say or post — even when well-meaning — might be seen very differently by regulators. And I believe it’s important that more practitioners have access to this kind of understanding.

💛 What We’ll Cover:
Day 1: The Hidden Risks of Testimonials
Why even simple, loving words from a client can carry risk — and how to recognize red flags you may not have noticed before.
Day 2: What You Can Say (And What You Should Avoid)
How to keep your voice and integrity while respecting the limits of what can be said publicly, especially when it comes to outcomes or conditions.
Day 3: How to Ask for Testimonials with Confidence
This part feels awkward for many — so we’ll explore gentle ways to ask, and how to guide your clients through the process if they want to share something.
🌼 This Workshop Might Be Helpful If:
- You’ve avoided asking for testimonials because it felt uncomfortable
- You’re unsure what’s appropriate to share publicly
- You’ve seen client stories posted online and wondered, “Is that okay?”
- You want your words — and theirs — to reflect your care, without putting you or your work at risk
📬 How It Works:
- We’ll meet for 3 short 1-hour sessions, each focused on a specific piece of the process
- You’ll receive thoughtful guidance, relatable examples, and space for questions
- If you can’t attend live, the recordings will be available through an optional VIP upgrade

🌿 This Workshop Is Coming Back Because…
I offered this before, and it brought up something important.
While many participants were thankful to finally understand more about what’s okay and what’s not, I could sense that some walked away feeling a bit discouraged — and I truly didn’t want that. This is why I’ve chosen to offer the workshop again, but with a slightly different tone. One that still honors the seriousness of the topic, but also offers more space for confidence and encouragement.
